Hi, I’m Wendy Williams—a top-producing Realtor, business owner, and lifelong Southeast Michigan local who believes real estate should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Before real estate, I was a teacher, which turns out to be excellent training for this business: listen carefully, explain things clearly, solve problems quickly, and occasionally remind everyone to play nicely! I’ve always loved houses. My mom and I spent Sundays touring open houses for fun, so becoming a Realtor feels a little like turning a childhood hobby into a career—only now I’m actually allowed to open the closets.

Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout Southeast Michigan, with deep roots in Washtenaw County and the Ann Arbor/Saline area. I’ve built my business on local knowledge, smart marketing, strong negotiation, honest advice, and a whole lot of referrals from clients who trust me enough to send their favorite people my way.

When I list a home, I don’t believe in putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best. I believe every home has a story, and great marketing means telling that story in a way that gets noticed—and gets results. I take my clients, their homes, and their money very seriously. Myself? Slightly less so.

When I’m not talking real estate, I’m usually with my husband and daughters, planning our next family adventure, camping, reading, or finding an excuse to put my toes in the sand of the Great Lakes.

For me, real estate has never been just about selling houses. It’s about helping people make smart moves, building relationships that last beyond the closing table, and being the Realtor they know they can call—whether they’re ready to move tomorrow or just wondering what the house down the road sold for.
